Shaifali Singh is an ICF-ACC certified Executive Coach, Behavioural Skills Facilitator, and Image Consultant with over 18 years of experience in Corporate HR, Learning & Organisational Development, and Leadership Development.
She is the Founder of The Image Works Consulting, dedicated to transforming professionals from potential to performance through behavioural shifts, executive presence, and the development of leadership capabilities.
Prior to establishing her independent practice, Shaifali held progressive roles in HR and OD, where she collaborated closely with business leaders to implement initiatives such as competency mapping, performance management, culture building, and leadership development. This robust corporate foundation enables her to design behavioural skills training interventions that are relevant, business-aligned, and effective in real-world applications.
With over 500 hours of coaching experience, she is also certified in Systemic Team Coaching, DISC, DEIB, and POSH.
In addition to her client work, Shaifali actively contributes to the DEIB Committee at the ICF Mumbai Chapter and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA).
She also serves as a visiting faculty at Nirmala Niketan Polytechnic for Women and consults at Lalji Mehrotra Technical Institute.
